Rupesh Parikh

Rupesh is an internationally recognised commodities derivatives trader and entrepreneur who is best known for building a market-leading Liquefied Natural Gas trading franchise at Dare Global. He now brings his institutional-grade expertise and ‘conscious capitalism’ approach to private investment, focusing on specialist supported housing and circular-economy venture capital. He is passionate about generational value creation and ‘profit with purpose’.

Rupesh holds a First Class BSc (Hons) in Economics from the London School of Economics.

Chirag Parikh

Chirag is an established General Practitioner with over 35 years of experience. An esteemed member within the medical community, he has served as a senior GP appraiser and trainer for the past 20 years, teaching hospital appraisers, GP trainees and postgraduate students in the UK and India. He is an Associate Lecturer at Anglia Ruskin University and was formerly their Clinical Specialist Lead for Dermatology.

A Fellow of the Royal College of General Practitioners, he combines clinical expertise with strong communication to support organisational development.

Shreya Parikh

Shreya is a General Practitioner with training in palliative care and frailty. Her frontline experiences from the Covid pandemic, international medical camps and in UK homeless healthcare have deeply strengthened her commitment to tackling social inequality and safeguarding fundamental human rights.

Involved in humanitarian service from a young age through the Sri Sathya Sai Service Organisation, Shreya brings her values and strategic oversight to the company’s broader mission as a Director.

Sharmila Parikh

Director

Sharmila is a seasoned graphic designer and educator with over 35 years of experience in creative practice, leadership, and values-based education. She founded and led a London design studio for prominent print-industry clients before establishing a successful freelance practice. Committed to developing others, she holds an MA in Education and has taught art and design at lecturer and leadership levels.

Deeply involved in human values education, she has served as a student, teacher, and national coordinator for the Sri Sathya Sai Service Organisation’s Education in Human Values program. She also supports global philanthropic initiatives and is dedicated to purposeful, service-driven work that aligns with PCI’s mission.

Roshni Deo

Head of Operations

Roshni is a Business Psychologist with over ten years of experience across a range of applied settings, from professional matchmaking for ultra-high-net-worth clients to designing and delivering behaviour change interventions within local government.

She now leads commercial activities at PCI, ensuring a seamless experience for directors and partners. Roshni is committed to responsible investing and to the rigorous measurement and evaluation of impact. She holds a First Class BSc (Hons) in Psychology and an MSc with Distinction in Organisational Psychology.
